Forward your calls to VoiceMenus: other cell carriers
What forwarding does
Forwarding means: when you do not pick up, your phone company sends the call to your VoiceMenus number instead of its own voicemail. Your phone still rings first. You keep your number. You can turn it off any time.
Turn it on
Most smaller carriers run on a big network and use its codes. Find yours:
- Mint Mobile: no answer
**61*YOUR VOICEMENUS NUMBER#, busy**67*YOUR VOICEMENUS NUMBER#, phone off**62*YOUR VOICEMENUS NUMBER#. - Cricket and Consumer Cellular: use the AT&T page.
- Metro by T-Mobile: use the T-Mobile page.
- Xfinity Mobile and Spectrum Mobile: use the Verizon page (
*71for unanswered calls). - Visible:
*71YOUR VOICEMENUS NUMBERforwards calls when you are busy on another line;*72YOUR VOICEMENUS NUMBERforwards all calls. Visible may not offer forwarding only when you do not answer. - Boost Mobile: forwarding of all calls only,
*72YOUR VOICEMENUS NUMBER. Forwarding only missed calls is not supported. - Google Fi: forwarding is set in the Fi app or website, not with codes.
Turn it off
Mint: ##61#, ##67#, ##62#. Visible and Boost: *73. Others: see your network's page above.
If it does not work
- Some prepaid and reseller plans do not support forwarding only missed calls. Call your carrier (611) and ask, or forward all calls instead.
- Mint: Scam Screener does not work while forwarding is on.
We're still confirming this step with a real account. If what you see is different, email support@voicemenus.com and we'll update this page.
Test it
Call your business number from a different phone and do not answer. After the rings, you should hear your VoiceMenus menu. If you hear your old voicemail, or nothing, the setting did not take. Try again, or tell us your carrier and we will help.
Heads up: your carrier may bill forwarded calls like any other call on your plan. Most plans with unlimited minutes cost nothing extra.
