Forward your calls to VoiceMenus: T-Mobile

What forwarding does

Forwarding means: when you do not pick up, your phone company sends the call to your VoiceMenus number instead of its own voicemail. Your phone still rings first. You keep your number. You can turn it off any time.

Turn it on

These codes also work on Metro, Mint and Ultra.

  1. Open the Phone app and use the keypad.
  2. Dial **61*1YOUR VOICEMENUS NUMBER# and press Call. Wait for the confirmation, hang up. This is "when I do not answer". Note the 1 before your number.
  3. Dial **67*1YOUR VOICEMENUS NUMBER# and press Call. This is "when I am busy".
  4. Optional: **62*1YOUR VOICEMENUS NUMBER# for "when my phone is off".

Want it to ring less before forwarding? Add a delay at the end. For 15 seconds: **61*1YOUR VOICEMENUS NUMBER**15# (5 to 30 seconds).

Turn it off

Dial ##61#, ##67# and ##62#, one at a time. To clear everything, dial ##004#.

If it does not work

  • Codes sometimes fail on newer phones when Wi-Fi Calling is on. Turn Wi-Fi Calling off for a minute and try again, or set it in Phone app, then Settings, then Calls, then Call forwarding.
  • Mint: older phones may need the dial codes instead of the Settings menu.
  • Metro: call 611 if the codes are refused.

We're still confirming this step with a real account. If what you see is different, email support@voicemenus.com and we'll update this page.

Test it

Call your business number from a different phone and do not answer. After the rings, you should hear your VoiceMenus menu. If you hear your old voicemail, or nothing, the setting did not take. Try again, or tell us your carrier and we will help.

Heads up: your carrier may bill forwarded calls like any other call on your plan. Most plans with unlimited minutes cost nothing extra.
