Add your greeting to Vonage Business

Which files to use

Use greeting.mp3 from your greeting pack. Vonage Business plays one greeting, so that one file is all you need.

Where to click

1. Open your voicemail greeting or your Virtual Receptionist greeting.
2. Click the Upload icon and pick your greeting.mp3 file.
3. Click Save.

Vonage accepts .wav or .mp3 files.

When your greeting changes

We email you when new files are ready. Download them from the VoiceMenus app (they have the same names), upload each one in the same place, then delete the old one.
