Add your greeting to Grasshopper

Which files to use

Use the MP3 files from your greeting pack. For a phone menu, use the menu files: the welcome and options files plus one file per key. For a single greeting, use greeting.mp3. The README.txt in your pack says which file goes where.

Where to click

  1. Sign in to Grasshopper and open the greeting you want to change.
  2. On the greeting screen, choose upload and pick your greeting.mp3 file.
  3. For extensions, upload the matching menu file on each extension's greeting.

Grasshopper takes MP3, MP4 or M4A files (not WAV), up to 5 MB, with a file name of 24 characters or fewer. Our file names already fit.

We're still confirming this step with a real account. If what you see is different, email support@voicemenus.com and we'll update this page.

When your greeting changes

We email you when new files are ready. Download them from the VoiceMenus app (they have the same names), upload each one in the same place, then delete the old one.

Stuck?

Email support@voicemenus.com with the name of your phone system and what you see on the screen.
